Arizona Gold & Silver Inc (TSX-V:AZS, OTCQB:AZASF, FRA:A9J0) shareholders approved all resolutions with 99.79% support at its AGM, representing 36.8 million shares.
The company also reappointed Mike Stark as CEO, James Engdahl as chair, Alexis Lambeck and Dong Shim to executive leadership roles.
“Shareholders have clearly demonstrated their support for the company’s strategic direction, Board, and management,” Stark said.
“The continued leadership of the company and the reappointment of the experienced executive team, provides stability and a strong foundation for the next phase of growth.”
