Super Minerals opens IPO ahead of planned ASX listing and Yambulla gold drilling

Super Minerals Limited has opened its initial public offering (IPO), seeking to raise between $5 million and $7 million at $0.20 per share ahead of an expected ASX listing in October 2026.

The Australian gold explorer is advancing a district-scale portfolio covering 478 square kilometres in south-east New South Wales, led by the drill-ready Yambulla Gold Project near Eden.

At the minimum subscription, Super Minerals expects to list with an enterprise value of about $2.8 million, with funds from the IPO earmarked primarily for exploration across its gold portfolio.

Yambulla provides near-term drilling catalyst

Yambulla covers a historically productive gold district containing more than 20 kilometres of historic workings but has seen little systematic modern exploration.

Historical drilling includes 2 metres at 47.15 g/t gold from 46 metres within a broader 6 metres at 16.05 g/t gold from 43 metres at the Prospector's prospect.

Other historical results include 41 metres at 2.15 g/t gold from 8 metres at Duchess of York, including 13 metres at 3.26 g/t from 36 metres.

Drilling at Yambulla has also returned 5.8 metres at 7.66 g/t gold from 99 metres, including 0.8 metres at 32 g/t, while another hole intersected 6 metres at 4.25 g/t from 14 metres within 10 metres at 2.82 g/t.

Super Minerals is planning an initial drilling program of around 40 holes for approximately 6,000 metres.

The company has submitted approvals covering as many as 40 drill pads and 120 holes for roughly 15,000 metres, while Level 1 Forestry NSW access permits are already in place.

Historical exploration results are not Mineral Resources and investors are referred to the company's prospectus for full technical details and competent person statements.

Broader south-east NSW portfolio

Beyond Yambulla, Super Minerals holds three additional projects across the region.

The Wolumla Gold-Silver Project has a history of production totalling approximately 23,600 ounces of gold and 3,600 ounces of silver between 1896 and 1939.

Historical diamond drilling at Wolumla intersected mineralisation in all 6 holes drilled during a 1982 program, including 9 metres at 6.46 g/t gold from 3 metres.

The Nerringundah Gold Project hosts more than 30 historic mine sites, with around 22,500 ounces of recorded gold production between 1880 and the 1930s, but has also seen limited systematic modern exploration.

Super Minerals' Whipstick Critical Minerals Project adds exposure to bismuth and molybdenum, both included on Australia's Critical Minerals List.

Historic production at Whipstick included around 200 tonnes of bismuth and 100 tonnes of molybdenite, while historical grab sampling returned grades of up to 5.92% molybdenum.

Infrastructure supports exploration

The company's projects benefit from existing infrastructure across south-east New South Wales, including sealed-highway and forestry road access.

The portfolio is also close to Merimbula Airport and the deep-water port at Eden, providing logistical advantages as exploration activity increases.
