Ocean Power Technologies Inc (NYSE-A:OPTT) revised its preliminary FY2026 results after additional audit procedures, reducing revenue by about $0.4 million to $3.7 million and gross loss to $5.9 million, while increasing net loss by $5.2 million to $48.9 million. FY2025 net loss also rose $3 million.
The accounting changes do not reflect underlying business changes and have no impact on cash, cash flows, customer contracts or contractual obligations.
