Varon Corp. (OTCID:OZSC) announced that its joint venture Ballislife Drink has secured a commitment to place Ballislife HYDRO Sports Drink in 125 convenience retail locations across the Dallas-Fort Worth market, marking the brand's entry into Texas.
The rollout is expected to begin before the end of October 2026 and will initially feature Ballislife HYDRO's three core flavors. The locations are part of the same major national convenience retailer that currently carries the beverage in other US markets.
The North Texas expansion follows Ballislife HYDRO's retail presence in markets including Southern California, Chicago and Central Florida. The company is using its existing relationship with the national retailer to expand into additional geographic markets rather than establishing separate retail relationships for each launch.
The North Texas rollout will include point-of-sale materials, retailer communications and promotional programming to support the product launch across participating stores.
"North Texas has been one of our targets of our expansion roadmap, and with 125 committed locations gives Ballislife HYDRO an immediate and meaningful presence," Varon Corp (OTCID:OZSC) CEO Benjamin Schubert said in a statement.
"What excites us is seeing the footprint continue to take shape across major US markets. Southern California, Chicago, Central Florida and now North Texas are important building blocks as we continue establishing Ballislife HYDRO beyond its home market."
Varon’s chief revenue officer Ty Gilmore said that the expansion builds on the company's existing relationship with the retailer and allows the company to apply experience from previous regional launches.
"We’re expanding Ballislife HYDRO into another major market with the same national retail network we’ve been building with in other regions," Gilmore said. "That gives our team an opportunity to use the experiences from previous launches and execute in North Texas and continue building a stronger retail presence market by market."
Ballislife Drink is a joint venture between Varon Corp.'s US subsidiary, Varon USA, and Ballislife Inc. OZOP Energy Solutions and Varon Corp. are also completing customary pre-closing conditions related to a previously announced transaction.
