SCX.ai is set to make its ASX debut on Friday, 21 August, giving investors exposure to Australia's developing sovereign AI infrastructure sector. The company is aiming to raise $40 million at $0.30 per share, implying a market capitalisation of approximately $75 million on listing.
The AI infrastructure company provides secure, Australian-based AI inference infrastructure through a vertically integrated platform combining purpose-built AI hardware, local data centres and proprietary software.
Its platform is designed to provide Australian enterprises, government organisations and AI developers with access to high-performance AI infrastructure while keeping data and workloads within Australia.
Ahead of its proposed listing, SCX.ai has established an early commercial customer base, reporting:
- $5.4 million in contracted annual recurring revenue (ARR) across 13 paying customers as at May 2026;
- $14.6 million in unbilled total contract value;
- 298 active users as at 23 June 2026; and
- a three-year $15.2 million offtake agreement with SambaNova supporting its initial commercial deployment.
The offer is fully underwritten by Henslow and Canaccord Genuity (TSX:CF, LSE:CF).
Subject to completion of the listing process, SCX.ai is expected to begin trading on the ASX on Friday under the ticker SCX.
The company is positioning its infrastructure as an Australian-hosted alternative for organisations seeking greater control over AI workloads, data sovereignty and regulatory compliance.
Its broader strategy is centred on building locally hosted AI infrastructure aligned with Australian requirements around privacy, security, transparency and resilience, including supporting the development and deployment of large language models within Australia.
