Shares in Identifai, a UK-based artificial intelligence company building intelligent automation for the financial services sector, will open at £4.82 per share for its fourth funding round.
The company is in advanced discussions with Haatch Fund regarding the fund's intention to take the fourth round in full.
This upcoming pricing represents a 382% cumulative increase from the inaugural seed price of £1.00.
The new share price comes alongside the company's release of internal benchmark results.
Identifai reported an internal financial benchmark score of 6.9 out of 10 for financial reasoning, formula generation and document comprehension.
This score exceeded the results recorded by Claude and ChatGPT on the same internal benchmark.
The business also recorded approximately 48% on OSWorld, an independent benchmark for artificial intelligence agents operating in real software environments.
The company has released a downloadable version of its software spanning Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
Users can build a financial model in Excel, generate a presentation from it in PowerPoint and draft an accompanying memorandum in Word using one underlying engine.
Product development has reached the sixth of eight planned stages to implement strict compliance and security infrastructure.
The company describes this compliance and security layer as critical infrastructure for operating in regulated financial environments.
The company says its pre-launch waitlist has exceeded 23,000 registrations ahead of Spreadsheet Wars, its public launch event scheduled for February 2027.
Identifai says users will be able to download and use the software during the event.
The business is in the final stages of discussions with Countingup over a potential channel partnership.
The company says its channel partnerships are intended to provide access to more than 200,000 UK financial professionals.
The company also says its membership of NVIDIA's Inception programme has led a number of software companies to approach it about potential integrations.
