Haleon PLC (LSE:HLN, NYSE:HLN), the consumer health company behind Sensodyne toothpaste and Panadol painkillers, has priced $2 billion of dollar-denominated bonds through its US subsidiary.
The offering, launched on 12 August 2026 by Haleon US Capital LLC, comprises three tranches of senior fixed-rate notes. The first tranche totals $600 million, with a coupon of 4.625% and a maturity in 2029.
The proceeds will also be used for general corporate purposes. Barclays Capital, BofA Securities, Deutsche Bank Securities, Goldman Sachs and Mizuho Securities acted as joint book-running managers on the offering.
