Royal Road Minerals Ltd (TSX-V:RYR, OTC:RRDMF, FRA:RLU) has granted 12.1 million stock options to directors, officers, employees and consultants.
The options are exercisable at $0.25 per share for three years and are subject to a four-month hold period.
Following the grant, 16.55 million options are outstanding, representing approximately 5% of the company’s issued and outstanding shares.
