Quantum Blockchain Technologies PLC (AIM:QBT, FRA:BYA1) updated on its legal and legacy businesses, telling investors that a property targeted in its Sipiem court judgment recovery proceedings will go to auction on 20 October 2026, with a minimum bid of €204,450.
The property, the third asset being pursued by wholly owned subsidiary Clear Leisure 2017 Ltd, has been independently valued by a court-appointed surveyor at around €272,600. Net proceeds from a successful sale would go towards recovering the amount awarded to CL2017 under a final Venice Court of Appeal judgment.
The auction follows a July ruling by the Court of Biella dismissing the defendant’s appeal and confirming the validity of enforcement proceedings over the asset.
Two other properties remain caught up in separate court-supervised liquidation proceedings. QBT said it is awaiting new auction dates for those assets and will update investors following the October auction.
