Nanoveu secures US$300,000 EyeFly3D pilot order for India launch

Nanoveu Ltd (ASX:NVU, OTCQB:NNVUF, FRA:Q2L) has secured a US$300,000 (A$433,500) pilot order for its EyeFly3D™ glasses-free 3D mobile technology as part of a planned nationwide rollout in India with spatial computing company One Immersive Inc.

The companies have entered a mutually exclusive OEM agreement that will be fulfilled through Nanoveu subsidiary Fullveu Technologies (HK) Limited, with the pilot covering EyeFly3D films for Apple and Android devices.

Nanoveu has already received US$165,000 of the order value, with the balance due following completion of the final shipment, expected no later than Q4 2026.

Pilot opens pathway to larger orders

The agreement gives One Immersive the ability to promote, brand, market and distribute EyeFly3D products in India, subject to the successful implementation and adoption of the initial pilot.

One Immersive is a technology vendor to a major Indian over-the-top (OTT) content platform serving more than 100 million monthly active users.

It has also developed a proprietary 2D-to-3D conversion engine and converted more than 5,000 hours of content for release during 2026 through its client's mobile application.

The pilot will include at least 1 new application developed by One Immersive, with both companies working through agreed milestones before determining whether the deployment has been successful.

If those milestones are met, the parties intend to work towards larger follow-on orders. Indian exclusivity would be conditional on One Immersive purchasing at least 1 million units within 18 months.

EyeFly3D targets India's growing mobile content market

EyeFly3D combines screen technology and content-processing software to deliver 3D experiences on mobile devices without requiring glasses.

Nanoveu sees India as a potentially significant market given the scale of its smartphone and digital media sectors. The company cited forecasts estimating India's smartphone market could grow from US$44.15 billion in 2023 to US$88.99 billion by 2032, while the digital media market could increase from US$25.25 billion in 2024 to US$132.01 billion by 2035.

Fullveu has completed a pilot production run and demonstrated its ability to scale manufacturing.

Nanoveu said the EyeFly3D software development kit had also undergone Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing and data privacy compliance testing, with the audit identifying no major vulnerabilities, unauthorised data collection, hidden network calls or malicious background activity.

Nanoveu CEO and managing director Alfred Chong said the India launch represented an important step in bringing the technology to a large consumer market.

“The launch of EyeFly3D in India marks a major step forward for Nanoveu as we bring glasses-free 3D mobile experiences to the world’s largest population base.”
