Miivo AI touts first-half user growth as it pivots to multi-product AI strategy

Miivo AI (TSX-V:MIVO) said Wednesday it has surpassed 3,000 users across its platform since launching three AI-powered business products earlier this year, as the company shifts from a single-platform strategy to a portfolio of point solutions aimed at small and mid-sized businesses.

"We are extremely pleased with the rate of growth the business has achieved over the past six months," Miivo said in a statement.

"Much of 2025 was dedicated to designing, developing, and rigorously testing our software. Following the launch of our products in 2026, we have seen tremendous customer uptake and strong market demand."

The company's three products – Business Intelligence, AI Lead Generation, and Reputation & Customer Insights – are each designed to solve a discrete business problem rather than operate as modules of one unified platform. Business Intelligence integrates with accounting software to produce real-time dashboards on cash flow, margins, and KPIs; AI Lead Generation identifies and scores B2B prospects and automates outreach; and Reputation & Customer Insights monitors online reviews and mentions, using AI to draft responses and surface internal business recommendations.

Rather than asking customers to adopt one platform wholesale, Miivo is betting that multiple lower-friction entry points will broaden its addressable customer base and create cross-sell opportunities over time.

The company said engagement metrics have moved in its favor, with subscriber time on the platform rising and its base of recurring revenue customers expanding. It also cited progress in building out its team, adding software engineers and a dedicated sales function focused on the North American market.

"We are SOC compliant and remain focused on building a strong reputation as a secure, reliable, and trusted platform that helps businesses integrate AI with confidence," the company added. "As organisations increasingly adopt AI technologies, our mission is to provide a solution that combines innovation with the highest standards of security, reliability, and ease of use."

Miivo frames its opportunity against a large backdrop: more than 400 million small and mid-sized businesses worldwide, and McKinsey & Co. estimates pegging the potential productivity value of generative AI in finance functions alone at US$200 billion to US$340 billion annually.
