Standard Uranium Ltd (TSX-V:STND, OTCQB:STTDF, FRA:9SU0) has closed the final tranche of its non-brokered private placement, bringing total gross proceeds raised to $964,700.
The final tranche raised $75,000 through 750,000 units priced at $0.10 each. Each unit includes one common share and half a warrant.
The proceeds will be used for exploration at the Davidson River project and working capital.
