Replenish Nutrients Holding Corp (CSE:ERTH, OTC:VVIVF, FRA:7KE) has appointed Tim Close to its board of directors, effective July 30, 2026.
The appointment was made under SRC Agrominerals Sales Inc.’s nominee rights following an investor rights agreement signed between the companies on July 23.
Close is CEO of SRC and previously served as CEO of Ag Growth International, a publicly traded agricultural infrastructure company.
