Helium One Global Ltd (AIM:HE1, FRA:9K3) told investors that its Colorado joint venture has completed its first helium sale under a short-term offtake agreement, marking the second commercial trailer delivery from the Galactica-Pegasus project.
Operator Blue Star Helium has scheduled regular trailer exchanges, with replacement units beginning to fill as they arrive. The Pinon Canyon plant has stabilised at current production levels, allowing the venture to focus on recurring sales and cash flow generation.
Helium One chief executive Lorna Blaisse said stable production was supporting the project’s “transition towards cash flow generation”, with further upside expected as output ramps up.
Planned work includes debottlenecking the plant and gathering system, deepening existing wells and, subject to permits, drilling three additional development wells during the second half of 2026. Helium One holds a 50% working interest in the Blue Star-operated project.
