Trinity Exploration & Production (LON:TRIN) has further extended a moratorium on repayments for its outstanding US$13mln debt.
As a result of this latest extension the group, which continues a formal sales process, now won’t have to make any repayments until at least August 21.
Trinity says the agreed extension of the moratorium shows the continued support of its senior lender.
“Progress continues with the strategic review and FSP and as part of this Trinity retains a regular dialogue with its lender and creditors,” the company said in a statement.
“Trinity will provide an update on progress to date from the process alongside an operations update within the timeframe of the extension.”
