CVC Income & Growth Ltd (LSE:CVCG) has raised approximately £16.5 million by reselling shares from treasury at a premium to net asset value.
The investment company priced sterling-denominated shares at £1.1979 and euro-denominated shares at €1.0955. Both represented a 0.65% premium to their respective cum-income NAVs as of 10 July.
The placing covered 11.05 million sterling shares, while the WRAP retail offer accounted for a further 2.72 million sterling shares and 1,279 euro shares.
