Roaring Waters Capital, the Dublin-based investor, has increased its holding in Poolbeg Pharma PLC (AIM:POLB), the drug developer.
It now controls 50 million shares, equivalent to 6.55% of voting rights, up from 5.74%. The threshold was crossed on 21 July, according to a regulatory filing.
