Netflix Inc (NASDAQ:NFLX, XETRA:NFC) shares fell about 8% in after-hours trading after the streaming company reported second-quarter revenue that came in just below Wall Street expectations, overshadowing a slight earnings beat.

For the quarter ended June 30, Netflix posted diluted earnings per share of $0.80, ahead of the consensus estimate of $0.79.

Cintas Corporation (NASDAQ:CTAS) was upgraded to ‘Buy’ from Neutral by Bank of America, which also raised its price objective to $230 from $200 after the company's better-than-expected fourth-quarter fiscal 2026 results and fiscal 2027 guidance came in above Wall Street expectations.

The analysts wrote that they are "incrementally more constructive on the setup for earnings over the next several quarters" as Cintas benefits from improving labor market conditions in key industries, continued growth in adjacent product categories, and margin expansion driven by supply chain and distribution initiatives.

The company posted adjusted diluted earnings per share of $1.31 for the quarter, ahead of analyst expectations of $1.28.

GE Aerospace (General Electric Co (NYSE:GE)) reported better-than-expected second-quarter 2026 results, but shares fell about 4% as investors weighed the company’s strong performance against already elevated expectations and signs that order growth is beginning to moderate.

The aerospace manufacturer posted adjusted earnings per share of $2.02 on revenue of $13.35 billion, ahead of Wall Street estimates of $1.86 per share on revenue of $11.91 billion.

UnitedHealth Group Inc (NYSE:UNH, XETRA:UNH) shares climbed about 5% in post-market trading after the healthcare company reported second quarter results that beat Wall Street expectations and raised its full-year adjusted earnings outlook.

For the quarter ended June 30, UnitedHealth reported adjusted earnings of $6.38 per share, ahead of analysts' expectations of about $4.91 per share.

Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co (ADR) (NYSE:TSM) posted a 77% jump in second-quarter net profit and raised its capital spending forecast for the year, as the world's largest contract chipmaker rides sustained demand for AI processors.

Net profit came in at $22.36 billion for the quarter, well above analyst estimates of $19.74 billion, on revenue of $40.2 billion, up 33.7% from a year earlier.

AtaiBeckley Inc. (NASDAQ:ATAI, XETRA:9VC) has agreed to be acquired by Eli Lilly and Co (NYSE:LLY) in a transaction valued at up to approximately $3.8 billion, with the deal adding the clinical-stage biotechnology company's pipeline of investigational therapies for treatment-resistant depression and other mental health conditions to Lilly's neuroscience portfolio.

Under the terms of the agreement, Lilly will pay $6.75 per share in cash at closing, representing an aggregate equity value of about $2.8 billion.

Medicus Pharma (NASDAQ:MDCX) said it has received US FDA feedback and central Institutional Review Board approval for its optimized Phase 2 study of Teverelix in men following a first episode of acute urinary retention.

The redesigned study, designated ANT-2111-02, is expected to enroll approximately 126 patients across the United States and Europe, down from roughly 390 patients contemplated under the company's previously disclosed development plan.
