archTIS Ltd (ASX:AR9, OTCQB:ARHLF) has extended the maturity date of a A$4 million Commonwealth Bank of Australia (ASX:CBA) lending facility, maintaining access to non-dilutive working capital as it responds to growing demand for its data security products.
The facility, previously due to mature on July 30, 2026, has been extended to October 30, 2026. The key terms remain unchanged apart from a one-off A$2,000 establishment fee.
Funding supports contract delivery
The extension is expected to help fund working capital requirements and support the execution of ongoing customer contracts without issuing new equity or diluting existing shareholders.
Following the extension, the company’s A$8 million in CBA financing facilities comprise A$4 million maturing in October 2026 and two further A$2 million facilities maturing in January 2027.
Managing director and chief executive officer Daniel Lai said the extended arrangement reflected CBA’s continued support for the company and its growth strategy.
“Access to flexible, non-dilutive bank funding remains an important part of our disciplined approach to capital management, allowing us to support growth while preserving value for shareholders,” Lai said.

Awarded under the company’s existing ICT Provider Arrangement Deed of Standing Offer with Defence, the contract includes A$1.0 million in annual recurring software licence revenue and A$2.2 million for application development and maintenance.
