Coinsillium to make further investment in prediction markets venture

Coinsilium Group Limited (AQSE:COIN, OTCQB:CINGF, FRA:5CT) told investors it will invest a further US$200,000 in Predictive Labs, and make up to 15% of its Bitcoin holdings available for venture-building after the portfolio company unveiled its first commercial product.

The additional investment, triggered by Predictive Labs meeting agreed development milestones, will take Coinsilium’s total commitment to US$350,000, and, as a result, it will hold 7,630 preference shares, equivalent to around 11.99% of the Singapore-based company.

Predictive Labs’ new product, Nijinn, aggregates and analyses data from prediction markets across multiple venues.

The platform is designed to help traders, funds, developers and artificial intelligence agents compare pricing and performance, but will not execute trades, custody assets or hold positions.

Version one is expected to provide tools covering cross-venue arbitrage, directional trading, market making, performance audits and real-world hedging. Early access is planned during the Wiki Finance Expo in Hong Kong on 23–24 July, with a free version scheduled for August and a broader public launch expected in September.

Coinsilium also approved a capital allocation framework allowing up to 15% of the value of its Bitcoin treasury to support new and existing ventures. The company retains options to invest another US$150,000 in Predictive Labs, which would lift its initial-stage investment to US$500,000 and its holding to roughly 16.29%.
