Foresight Environmental Infrastructure (LSE:FGEN) said portfolio management continuity will be maintained after Chris Tanner steps back as co-lead manager to take up a new role at Foresight Group.
Ed Mountney and Charlie Wright, both directors of Foresight Group and co-lead managers to FGEN, will continue to lead the company’s day-to-day management and oversee its strategic, operational and financial progress.
Chair-designate Stephanie Coxon said Tanner had played a central role in developing FGEN since its IPO in 2014, helping build “a unique and diversified portfolio of environmental infrastructure assets across the UK and Europe”. She added that FGEN had delivered more than a decade of uninterrupted dividend growth under his stewardship.
FGEN, which invests across renewable generation, other energy infrastructure and sustainable resource management, has a stated target dividend for the year, to 31 March 2027, of 8.04p per share.
