374Water Inc (NASDAQ:SCWO, FRA:8LL) has named Chuck Weiser as chief financial officer, effective immediately, the cleantech and environmental services company said.
Weiser succeeds Adrienne Anderson, who served as interim CFO and will remain with the company as a financial consultant focused on SEC reporting, compliance, and corporate finance.
Weiser brings operational, financial, and capital markets experience across finance, accounting, strategic planning, business development, turnaround management, private equity, and capital raising. He most recently served as CFO of Alonti Catering Kitchens.
Weiser currently serves on 374Water's board of directors and will continue in that role alongside his new position.

Weiser holds an MBA in Finance and Accounting and a BBA from the University of Texas at Austin.
