Miivo AI (TSX-V:MIVO) has retained Germany-based Apaton Finance GmbH to provide investor awareness, communications and marketing services, subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.
Under a five-week agreement starting July 2, Apaton Finance will publish and distribute up to 12 articles based on publicly available information in German and English. Miivo will pay €10,000 plus applicable taxes, with no securities issued as part of the agreement.
