Valdor Technology International Inc (CSE:VTI, FRA:VZAB), a provider of advanced fiber optic components, announced changes to its board of directors and executive management.
The company said Amar Purewal has resigned as chief financial officer and as a member of the board of directors. Kelly Abbott has also stepped down from the board.
Valdor thanked Purewal and Abbott for their contributions and wished them success in their future endeavors.
To fill the vacancies, the company appointed Tyler Campbell and Arun Lagah to its board of directors. Campbell has also been named interim chief executive officer, while Jon James, who has served as a director and corporate secretary since January 2025, has been appointed chief financial officer.
According to the company, Lagah is based in Victoria, British Columbia, and works in the field of privacy and information management. He holds the Certified Information Privacy Professional/Canada designation from the International Association of Privacy Professionals and earned a Bachelor of Social Science degree from the University of Victoria.
Valdor said Lagah's professional background includes expertise in privacy, research, regulatory compliance and access to information matters.
