Graphene Manufacturing Group Ltd (TSX-V:GMG, OTCQX:GMGMF) reported that it issued 193,500 ordinary shares under its at-the-market equity program during the quarter ended June 30, 2026, raising gross proceeds of C$497,368.65.
The shares were sold on the TSX Venture Exchange at an average price of C$2.57038 each. After paying C$14,921.06 in commissions to Cantor Fitzgerald Canada, the company received net proceeds of C$482,447.59.
The ATM program allows GMG to raise up to C$20 million.
