Ocean Power Technologies Inc (NYSE-A:OPTT) said its Board has approved an amendment extending its Section 382 Tax Benefits Preservation Plan from June 29, 2026 to June 29, 2029.
The plan is designed to help protect the company’s net operating loss carryforwards and other tax attributes by limiting the risk of an ownership change under US tax rules.
