G Mining Ventures Corp (TSX:GMIN, OTCQX:GMINF, FRA:W97) said shareholders approved all resolutions at its annual general and special meeting, including the re-election of directors, reappointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers as auditor, approval of unallocated awards under its equity incentive plan, and advisory support for executive compensation.
Following the meeting, the board appointed Jason Neal as chairman, succeeding Louis Gignac Sr., who retired after not seeking re-election.
