Nextech3D.AI (CSE:NTAR, OTCQX:NEXCF, FRA:1SS) has reported its audited financial results for the fourth quarter and full fiscal year ended March 31, 2026, showing higher revenue, improved margins and a reduced operating loss as the company continues its transition toward an AI-focused software business.
Fourth-quarter revenue rose 207% year over year to $939,000 from $306,000 in the same period a year earlier.
Gross profit increased 263% to $858,000, while gross margin expanded to 91.3% from 77.2% in the prior-year quarter.
The company reported an operating loss of $290,000 for the quarter, compared with an operating loss of $7.3 million in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2025, representing a 96% year-over-year improvement.
Sequentially, revenue increased approximately 101% from $468,000 in the third quarter to $939,000 in the fourth quarter.
Gross margin remained above 90%, declining slightly from 95% in the previous quarter, while operating loss improved from about $696,000 in the third quarter.
For the full fiscal year 2026, Nextech3D.AI (CSE:NTAR, OTCQX:NEXCF) reported revenue of $2.13 million and gross profit of $1.94 million. Gross margin increased to 91.2% from 63.6% in fiscal 2025, while cost of sales declined 85% year over year.
Nextech3D.AI (CSE:NTAR, OTCQX:NEXCF) CEO Evan Gappelberg said the results reflected the company's restructuring efforts and increasing emphasis on software-based offerings.
"We reported strong year-over-year improvements in revenue and profitability metrics, including revenue growth of 207% and gross margins exceeding 91%," Gappelberg said in a statement.
The company said its shift toward a software-first, AI-supported platform has contributed to sustained gross margins above 90%, lower costs of sales and improved operating efficiency.
"Our cost structure has changed significantly, with cost of sales reduced by 85% and operating loss improved year-over-year. These results reflect the impact of our restructuring and our increased focus on software-based offerings,” Gappelberg said.
"We continue to focus on execution, improving efficiency, and expanding our product capabilities."
Shares of Nextech gained 3.7% at the open in Canada at C$0.14.
