Replenish Nutrients Holding Corp (CSE:ERTH, OTC:VVIVF, FRA:7KE) has completed commissioning of its patented pellet fertilizer facility at the Beiseker Hutterite Colony, with production of at least 1,000 metric tonnes per month expected to begin in the third quarter of 2026.
The company anticipates average pricing of approximately $600 per metric tonne and gross margins of 25% to 35%, which it expects to flow directly to its bottom line.
The company's regenerative fertilizer restores key mineral nutrients, critical biology, and a diverse microbiome to the soil, supporting stronger crop yields, better water retention, higher plant nutrient density, and improved resilience to pests and disease.
The company also noted that healthier soil is generally understood to be more capable of sequestering carbon from the atmosphere, though it has not yet quantified the specific environmental impact of the facility.
According to 2024 census data, Hutterite colonies manage approximately 4 million acres across Canada and the US, representing roughly 4% of Canada's agricultural land base. Alberta accounts for approximately 1.7 million of those acres.
Replenish said it sees significant opportunity to expand partnerships across Alberta, other Canadian provinces, and eventually into the US.
