Kodal Minerals PLC (AIM:KOD), the West African lithium producer, said non-executive director Steve Zaninovich would step down at the close of its annual general meeting later on Wednesday.
Zaninovich chose not to stand for re-election but will continue to provide consulting services, including support for the Bougouni lithium mine in Mali.
Chairman Robert Wooldridge thanked him for his contribution, noting his involvement in taking Bougouni from exploration through to production.
