Ballislife HYDRO secures seven-figure investment from Egypt Dean, son of Alicia Keys and Swizz Beatz

Ballislife Drink Inc said on Tuesday that Egypt Dean, the 15-year-old son of Grammy Award-winning artists Alicia Keys and Swizz Beatz, has made a seven-figure strategic investment in Ballislife HYDRO, the company's basketball-focused sports hydration brand.

Funded in part by royalties Dean earned after producing a beat used by Kendrick Lamar at age five, the investment positions the teenager as a strategic partner in the brand's national expansion. The partnership is expected to include marketing collaboration, retail expansion initiatives, and access to networks across sports, entertainment, and culture. The transaction also marks the beginning of a broader strategic relationship between Dean and the company as Ballislife HYDRO continues its national growth and expansion.

"As someone who loves the game and spends many hours training and competing, I connected immediately with what Ballislife Hydro is building," Dean said. " Basketball has always been a huge part of my life, and I love how HYDRO is a better option to stay hydrated with less sugar and still tastes amazing. This was an opportunity to invest in something I genuinely believe in, a brand that's connected to the game and built for athletes like me."

Benjamin Varon Schubert, CEO of Ballislife Drink and Varon Corp (OTCID:OZSC), said the investment stood out for its conviction rather than its novelty. "Most teenagers spend money. Egypt chose to invest it," he said. "That's the kind of long-term thinking you rarely see at any age."

Ballislife HYDRO is a low-sugar, caffeine-free sports hydration beverage developed in partnership with Ballislife Inc, a basketball media platform with more than 28 million social followers and over 450 million monthly video views. The brand is backed by a group of NBA equity partners and distributed through Ballislife's digital content, live events, and grassroots basketball programming.

Matt Rodriguez, CEO of Ballislife Inc, said Egypt first encountered the product at the company's All-American Camp last summer, where he shared it with his Instagram audience unprompted. "What stood out wasn't simply his enthusiasm for the product, it was his entrepreneurial mindset," Rodriguez said. "Together, we're building Hydro with the same vision that inspired me to start Ballislife at 19."

Dean’s parents said they supported the decision. "Egypt did his homework, believed in the opportunity, and invested because it aligned with who he is," Swizz Beatz said. "We're proud to support him as he continues building his own path."
