Tertiary Minerals PLC (AIM:TYM, OTC:TTIRF, FRA:TMU), the explorer focused on energy transition and precious metals in Zambia and Nevada, has appointed MAH, Chartered Accountants, as its auditor effective 19 June.
MAH will conduct audits for the financial year ending 30 September, subject to shareholder approval at the annual general meeting. Previous auditor Crowe confirmed no circumstances required disclosure to shareholders.
