Barratt Redrow PLC (LSE:BTRW) has appointed Rebecca Napier as chief financial officer and executive director. She will join the UK housebuilder on 3 August 2026.
Napier is an experienced business leader with experience across finance, strategy, investor relations, transformation and performance. She was most recently CFO of Britvic PLC (LSE:BVIC) until its acquisition by Carlsberg Group in 2025.
Before that, she spent 17 years at International Consolidated Airlines Group SA (LSE:IAG), including serving as CFO of British Airways. She began her career at Deloitte, where she qualified as a chartered accountant.
