Miivo Holdings Corp (TSX-V:MIVO) announced that the TSX Venture Exchange has approved its previously announced name change to Miivo AI Inc, with the change set to take effect at the opening of trading on June 22.
The company's common shares will continue to trade on the TSXV under the ticker symbol "MIVO."
In connection with the name change, Miivo AI has been assigned a new CUSIP number of 59863J100 and a new ISIN of CA59863J1003.
The company said shareholders are not required to take any action as a result of the name change. Existing share certificates and Direct Registration System statements will remain valid and do not need to be exchanged.
Miivo noted that the name change will not affect shareholders' rights and does not involve a consolidation or any change to the company's share capital.
