Foresight Environmental Infrastructure (LSE:FGEN) has named Stephanie Coxon as its next chair, succeeding Ed Warner after the company's annual meeting on 17 September 2026.
Coxon, currently senior independent director and audit committee chair, will assume the role after Warner's four-year tenure.
Alan Bates will become senior independent director, while a search is underway for a new audit committee chair. Warner said the company had made significant strategic progress during his tenure, including a rebranding and continued dividend growth.
