Helport AI Limited (NASDAQ:HPAI) has launched HyprX for Hardware, a QR-code-based artificial intelligence agent that turns shipped products into a direct-to-consumer service and engagement channel.
When an end user scans a QR code on a product, its packaging, or its manual, HyprX launches an AI question-and-answer agent customized to that device, delivering setup guidance, troubleshooting, customer data capture, and upsell offers in one interaction.
The agent answers feature- and performance-related questions, walks users through setup and operation, and provides step-by-step repair instructions. It supports photo uploads and AI image recognition for visual diagnosis, and according to the company offers round-the-clock multilingual support across more than 50 languages, reducing reliance on printed manuals or phone queues.
The product extends Helport AI's HyprX platform, first launched in January 2026 as an enterprise expert-replication engine, into the post-sale hardware market.
The launch positions Helport AI in the growing market for AI agents that operate within defined enterprise workflows, an area the company has targeted as a route to recurring, outcome-linked revenue.
