Constellation Healthcare Technologies (LON:CHT) has hired Sam Zaharis as its chief financial officer to develop the firm financially and operationally.
He is a chartered accountant with with over 25 years of corporate experience, who has previously worked with Constellation's chief executive Paul Parmar to set up and establish Pegasus Elite Aviation.
Constellation chairman John Johnston told investors: "Sam will play an important role in developing the company both operationally and financially, with a particular focus on the bottom line.
"We also welcome his extensive experience in M&A and integration, as well as his day to day operational experience, corporate governance experience and investor and lender reporting.
"We are confident that the previous successful working relationship between Paul Parmar and Sam will be beneficial to Constellation and its stakeholders at an important time of accelerated growth momentum."
Zaharis added: "I am very happy to be joining Constellation at this exciting time. What Constellation has achieved so far is very impressive, especially given the timeframe. I look forward to playing my part in enhancing revenue and income growth, and ultimately growing the company."
Ravi Chivukula will continue as head of finance for Orion, the group's flagship company, it added.
The company specialises in back office services for doctors’ surgeries, especially billing and money collection and earlier this month appointed the founder of outsource specialist Capita (LON:CPI) Sir Rodney Aldridge to its board as a non-executive.
