Tiziana Life Sciences Ltd (NASDAQ:TLSA) said Executive Chairman and Founder Gabriele Cerrone has increased his ownership stake through Panetta Partners Ltd. Cerrone purchased 15,000 common shares at $1.11 each, bringing his total holdings to 44.77 million shares.
The stake now represents 34.89% of Tiziana’s issued share capital. The biotechnology company is developing immunomodulation therapies led by intranasal foralumab, a fully human anti-CD3 monoclonal antibody candidate.
