Trillion Energy International Inc. (CSE:TCF, OTCQB:TRLEF, FRA:Z620) closed a non-brokered private placement consisting of 17.17 million units, raising C$1.50 million and settling $1.07 million in outstanding debt through share issuances.
The company issued 10.01 million units for cash and 7.16 million units for debt settlement, with each unit including one share and half a warrant exercisable at C$0.25 for one year.
Trillion also applied to expand the offering to CAD$3.5 million and extended the expiry of 2.12 million outstanding warrants by one year to mid-2027, subject to CSE approval.
