U.S. Global Investors (NASDAQ:GROW) has restated Q3 fiscal 2026 EPS to $0.21 from $0.23, and nine-month EPS to $0.26 from $0.27, after a spreadsheet error understated weighted average shares.
Net income, revenues, and all other financials were unaffected. Underlying results were strong: net income of $2.7 million reversed a prior-year loss, revenues rose 31% year-over-year to $2.8 million, and average AUM reached $1.6 billion.
The company has filed an amended Form 10-Q/A and says it is strengthening internal controls.
