Syrah surges after Tesla dispute resolved

Syrah Resources Ltd (ASX:SYR) shares jumped 21.2% after the company said its offtake dispute with Tesla had been resolved. Tesla confirmed Syrah had produced conforming natural graphite active anode material samples and made sufficient progress at its Vidalia facility, withdrawing its earlier termination notice. However, Tesla can still terminate the deal if final qualification is not achieved. AustralianSuper owns almost 50% of Syrah after an equity raising earlier this year.
