TTEC Holdings launches AI-powered security platform Titan for distributed contact centers

TTEC Holdings Inc (NASDAQ:TTEC) has launched TTEC Titan, an AI-powered security platform designed to secure remote customer experience (CX) operations and distributed contact center workforces.

The company said the platform addresses a key operational challenge for contact center operators: securing a workforce that has shifted from centralized, brick-and-mortar sites to remote and hybrid environments, expanding the number of endpoints, devices, and access points that must be managed. TTEC said Titan uses an AI-driven approach to monitoring, identity verification, and risk detection across this distributed footprint.

The launch extends TTEC’s product offering beyond its core customer experience services and managed contact center operations into security tooling that can be offered to existing clients and the broader CX and business process outsourcing (BPO) market. The company positioned Titan as infrastructure supporting the secure delivery of distributed CX operations, rather than a standalone cybersecurity suite competing directly with enterprise security vendors.

TTEC did not disclose pricing, customer commitments, or expected revenue contribution from Titan. It also did not provide details on underlying AI models, third-party integrations, or technology partners involved in the platform.

The launch marks a further step in TTEC’s push to add more product-led elements to a business traditionally driven by services revenue. Any material impact on the revenue mix will depend on adoption within existing CX engagements and the company’s ability to sell Titan into clients that use competing CX providers.

TTEC Holdings is a customer experience technology and services company providing CX strategy, contact center operations, and AI-enabled tools for distributed customer service workforces.
