Trillion Energy International Inc. (CSE:TCF, OTCQB:TRLEF, FRA:Z620) said it plans to extend the expiry dates of 4.63 million outstanding post-consolidation warrants tied to various 2024 non-brokered private placement tranches.
The warrants, carrying an unchanged exercise price of C$0.90, were originally set to expire between May and June 2026. Under the proposed extension, the expiry dates would be pushed out by one year to corresponding dates in 2027.
