Bakery and ingredients firm Real Good Food (LON:RGD) said Mike McDonough, the group's finance director, has decided to leave the group at the end of August this year.
It comes after the sale of the group's sugar division Napier Brown and the decision to relocate the finance function to London and devolve greater financial responsibility to local finance teams in the individual business units.
McDonough will remain available for support over the coming months, while this period of transition is completed.
Real Good Food said: "The board would like to thank Mike for his contribution both as finance director of Renshaw and since 2009 as Real Good Food Finance Director where he played an important role in the recent corporate initiatives and wishes him every success in his future career."
