Royalty Management Holding Corp (NASDAQ:RMCO) reported audited full-year 2025 results Monday, posting revenues of just over $5.1 million, a 431% increase from the prior year, as the royalty company positions itself to capitalize on growing US interest in domestic critical mineral supply chains.
The jump in revenues was driven primarily by contractor services generated through the company's wholly owned subsidiary, RMC Environmental Services LLC, which supports residential, municipal, and commercial development in Indiana, and typically covers the majority of the parent company's operating expenses.
Stockholders' equity stood at approximately $13.7 million at year-end 2025, up from $13.6 million a year earlier. The company also initiated a quarterly dividend program in 2025, paying shareholders $0.025 per common share each quarter.
CEO Thomas Sauve said the company is well positioned heading into 2026, with a portfolio increasingly anchored in rare earth elements and critical minerals, sectors attracting renewed political and economic attention in the US.
"With our expanding portfolio in mines and technologies touching the rare earth element and critical minerals space, we feel that we are in a very strong position to reap the benefits of renewed interest within the United States to bring this sector and supply chain back to the domestic market," Sauve said.
A standout new investment in 2025 was an agreement with ReElement Technologies to co-develop patents around refining and separation technologies for critical minerals. While ReElement retains ownership of the intellectual property, Royalty Management will receive royalties on sales of elements purified under the patents, adding a potential new income stream to its portfolio.
The company also reorganized its cryptocurrency and data center holdings under a subsidiary renamed The Vault Holdings Corporation, which launched a convertible debt raise in late 2025 to fund expansion.
Looking ahead, Royalty Management said it filed a Form S-3 shelf registration in 2025, giving it the flexibility to raise capital or pursue acquisitions as opportunities emerge.
