Blockmate Ventures Inc (TSX-V:MATE, OTCQB:MATEF, FRA:8MH) said that the TSX Venture Exchange has approved an extension to the expiry date of 8.4 million warrants linked to a 2023 private placement.
The warrants, originally set to expire on June 15, 2026, will now expire on December 31, 2026. The exercise price remains unchanged at 7.5 cents. The warrants were issued alongside 16.4 million shares in the financing
