Earnz PLC (AIM:EARN, FRA:52Y) said its A&D Carbon Solutions business has secured a housing retrofit contract expected to generate initial revenues of £2.6 million per year.
The AIM-listed group said the contract was awarded by Fortem, working on behalf of Sanctuary Housing, for an initial two-year term, with a potential extension of a further 12 to 18 months.
Work is due to begin across Yorkshire in May 2026 and will include retrofit insulation, ventilation upgrades and renewable energy solutions for homes.
EARNZ said the award follows previous contracts from the same client covering Stoke-on-Trent and Chester, supporting its aim of building longer-term relationships with Tier One clients in public and private-sector property portfolios.
The services will be delivered through National Retrofit Solutions, its Stafford-based subsidiary, supported by Stockport-based Zero Carbon Group.
