Rome Resources Plc (AIM:RMR, FRA:33R) told investors it has so far received commitments for 50mln new ordinary shares under an additional subscription, representing approximately £150,000, while it waits for the balance of the raise to clear.
The DRC-focused tin and copper explorer had previously expected 130mln new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM on or around 5 May 2026.
Separately, the company is issuing a further 9.6mln new ordinary shares to settle approximately £28,800 of accrued professional investor relations fees.
