Connecting Excellence Group Plc (AQSE:XCE, OTCQB:XCELF) announced it has raised £125,000 to fund the next phase of its Bitcoin-backed recruitment strategy, including treasury expansion, recruiter hiring and potential acquisitions.
The AQSE-listed executive recruitment group said it issued 7,142,857 new ordinary shares at 1.75p each, matching the closing bid price on 5 May.
The subscription introduces a new strategic investor to the register and also includes backing from an existing investor, which the company said reflected continued support for its strategy.
Chief executive Scott Ellam said the funding allowed XCE to welcome “an aligned strategic investor” as it scales the business.
