Anteris Technologies advances pivotal heart valve trial
Anteris Technologies Pty Ltd (ASX:AVR, NASDAQ:AVR) reported that the first US patients have been enrolled and successfully treated in its global pivotal PARADIGM trial for the DurAVR® Transcatheter Heart Valve (THV).
The procedures were conducted at Montefiore Medical Center in New York by Dr Azeem Latib, marking a key milestone in the clinical development pathway for the device targeting severe calcific aortic stenosis. The trial is central to the company’s efforts to commercialise its structural heart technology in major markets.
Askari Metals confirms polymetallic mineralisation in Namibia
Askari Metals Ltd (ASX:AS2, FRA:7ZG) announced assay results from its Phase I trenching program at the PS Pegmatite Target within its wholly owned Uis Project in Namibia.
Results confirmed continuous polymetallic mineralisation, including tin, lithium, tantalum, rubidium and caesium, consistent with findings from the OP and DP pegmatite targets. The project is located in the operating Uis Tin Mine and benefits from established infrastructure and access to the port of Walvis Bay. The results support the company’s plans to progress to drilling.
Resolution Minerals reports strong antimony recoveries
Resolution Minerals Ltd (ASX:RML, OTCQB:RLMLF, FRA:NC3) reported ongoing metallurgical test work at its Antimony Ridge project, with high antimony recoveries achieved in sulphide concentrate tests.
Rougher flotation tests for stibnite delivered sulphur recovery of 99.5%, indicating near-complete recovery at this stage of processing. The test work, conducted by IMO laboratories in Perth, used lower-grade samples and continues to support the project’s metallurgical profile.
St George Mining appoints Worley for Araxá Project
St George Mining Ltd (ASX:SGQ, FRA:S0G, OTC:SGQMF) has appointed Worley Engenharia Ltda, the Brazilian subsidiary of Worley Limited (ASX: WOR), to provide technical advisory services for the potential development of its Araxá niobium and rare earths project in Brazil.
